Aakrosh' shifted ahead, again

Initially, the film ‘Aakrosh’ was slated for release on 1st October. But when ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ decided to shift to 1st October, the producers of ‘Aakrosh’ shifted their release date to 8th October, so that a clash can be averted between the two biggies. The latest development is that ‘Aakrosh’ has been shifted again, to 15th October now. According to producer Kumar Mangat, he did not want to release in the same week as Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘Crook’. "Emraan Hashmi is acting in my film ‘Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji’, so we thought why release ‘Aakrosh’ in the same week? 15th October suits us fine. It's final," Kumar Mangat reveals.

Meanwhile, a record number of films are slated for release on 15th October—‘Aakrosh’, ‘Jhootha Hi Sahi’, ‘Knock Out’, ‘Ramayana-The Epic’, ‘Dunno Y…Na Jaane Kyon’.
